Description

Dollar start bid. Cover's in good condition with two taped seams as shown in photos. Record plays fine, no skips. Some light scratches, seldom heard above the music. Some superficial blemishes. Conservatively play graded G+. Played on dual turntable with Shure V15 III.
RVG / ear / deep groove.

Forgot to add, there is none of that cymbal fizz spread often heard on the subsequent reissues. In other words the mono is nice and tightly in the middle. Again, there are light scratches and blemishes; however, only in a few spots do they reach audibility above the music. It's surely a listenable example, to my ears.

Q: So, can the scratches be heard above the music?
A: Thanks for inquiring. This gives me the opportunity to be very clear. There is steady but unobtrusive surface noise throughout, certainly NOT to the degree that you hear steady hiss as with a 78. Only now and then you will notice a scratch heard above the music, more notably in the beginning grooves of band two of side 2. This LP is in overall very listenable condition.
