Description
You are bidding on a vinyl 33rpm issue of "Pink Moon" by Nick Drake.
I bought this in 1979-80 and have owned it ever since. I believe it is the original Australian issue released by Festival Records under licence from Island Records.
The catalogue number is SMX 52229 (ILPS -9184) on the label (see photo) although the track run-off scribing has SMX 39951 scratched out and "2MX 52229" scribed in. I believe this is a factory error and it is meant to be "SMX 52229".
The cover is the gate-fold cover and it is in very good condition. There is small price sticker residue stain in the top right hand corner, otherwise the edges and cover are very nice.
The vinyl is in excellent condition and being a one owner copy, it has been well kept and hardly played. No scratches, scuffs or marks.
