CHECK OUT MY OTHER ITEMS ON EBAY THAT ARE GLEANED FROM LOCAL ESTATES! For the collector of collectible records in general, and classic saxophone recordings in particular, I hereby offer this 10” 33 1/3 rpm record, BATTLE OF THE SAXES, featuring ILLINOIS JACQUET and LESTER YOUNG, on Aladdin Records, as a LONG PLAYING MICROGROOVE 701 A & B. The record itself is in nice shape, with only some fingerprints, and some VERY minor “scratches,” none of which appear to be such that would create any listening problems other than maybe some light pops (in one place). Check the pics…..I think you can see the nice condition. The album cover is in generally nice condition, with light wear all around, PLUS a 4” tear in the lower right corner of the front side. This tear does lay fairly flat, so it still makes a great display item. Cool stuff. Lightweight for shipping, so PLEASE CHECK ALL SHIPPING OPTIONS, AS I WILL SHIP AS YOU PLEASE, and if I can save money and/or increase shipping speed, I’ll upgrade automatically. NOTE: recent First Class item was calculated by USPS to be over $8.00, although with my discount, I was only charged $5.40 and was able to give the buyer a nice refund of excess postage and help make things a little more reasonable. As with all my items, it/they will be carefully packaged and promptly shipped by the method of buyer‘s choice, and as always, winners can pick up items at the Mansfield, Ohio Flea Market and Antique Show at the end of each month.
