Description

From a large collection of Hill & Range acetates, this one is "I'll Make it up to You," written by Bob Andriani, Bernie Baum, and Florence Kaye. This is a demo recording, sent out to labels and artists to try to get the song cut. I can't find any evidence that this particular song ever found a home. Baum and Kaye were two of the most proflific writers for Elvis Presley, but unlike many of the Hill & Range material, this demo is not cut in the Elvis style, so was likely not intended for him. The acetate is in nice VG+ condition, with some light scuffs but quite clean for a period acetate.
