Description
The only occurrence I can find on the internet on "Juivler Orchestra Accompaniment" is for a similar Zon-o-phon 78 RPM in the University of Wisconsin in Madison Library. The label is the same as this one, including the color, the logo, and the identification of "Juivler Orchestra Accompaniment, but its a different record with catalog #5003. The one in this listing is 5006. In the description of this record, the artist is provided as, "Juvelier, Kalman, 1863-1939". So assuming they are correct, I will assume that this Zon-o-phon is recorded music of Kalman Juvelier. There are two Zon-o-phone 78's on Popsike; one was a test press, and the other had a different label without English writing - the seller identified it as Kalman Juvelier.
In any case, you can see Sides A and B of the label, and can take it from there. The shellac is generally clean with light scratches on both sides, LOOKS PLAYABLE and I'll grade VG+.

"Yiddish actor and singer (b. May 12, 1863 in Lemberg, Galicia, then Austria-Hungary - d. December 14, 1939 in Brooklyn, New York, USA)
After working as a folk singer and actor with several itinerant theater troupes in Galicia, Bukovina, and Romania and on a tour that led him to Constantinople, Alexandria, and Cairo, Juvelier emigrated to the United States in 1900. In America, he acted on Yiddish stages in New York and Philadelphia till 1932. In 1913, he was the featured guest star of a tour through Argentina.
Juvelier recorded in 1909 with Zonophone, between 1913 and 1915 with Victor, and from 1912-1919 with Columbia."
