Description

I bought this record recently from an auction. It was one of 71 (please check out the other ones) that was in a very old trunk. They are all 10" Shellac and virtualIy all of them are from the 1920s or earlier. I  do not know a great deal about them but have tried to research on some really good websites how old they are. I have included the date in the information where I have found the exact date. Where I couldn't find it I have used the Catalogue number to work it out.
The records are all in the covers as found. I do not know if they are the correct ones for each record but they are all certainly in keeping with the dates of the records. PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE ORIGINAL COVERS AND NOT MODERN COPIES.
In most cases the covers are pretty much as they were when bought, in excellent condition. Some of them are even stitched!
Some of the records do not look like they have been played. A few have the odd very shallow scratch. Please ask if interested and I will look more closely at an individual record. I have made no attempt to clean them as I am not sure of the best way also I am unable to grade them as I don't know how.
To be honest I don't think the trunk has seen the light of day for a long time.
