Description

Decca Records 10 inch disc, stereo SWL 8008, first grooved wideband label disc has "Original Recording By..." at upper left.  Pressed in England.  Stampers are 5E 4E. 

This is the only early edition of this recording.  It was never issued on a 12" SXL.

Wilhelm Backhaus plays the Schumann piano concerto, with Gunter Wand and the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra.  See pics for program details.
