This is a VERY RARE PROMO ONLY PACKAGE for THE CLASH / JOE STRUMMER'S first band THE 101ers 1981 album "ELGIN AVENUE BREAKDOWN".
The material on the album was recorded between 1975-1976, a few months before Joe Strummer formed THE CLASH, and not released until 1981. The album came from a radio person and hence includes a PROMO ONLY BOOKLET which opens into a BIG POSTER, I have never seen this PROMO INSERT before, A UNIQUE TRUE PUNK / CLASH MEMORABILIA YOU WILL NOT SEE AGAIN !!!
This is the only copy of this package I have seen in 29 years, and never saw another, and the best thing is THIS PACKAGE IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION, and only PLAYED ONCE !!!
The album is the ORIGINAL 1981 ANDALUCIAI RECORDS pressing with the original FRONT LAMINATED, FLIP FOLD sleeve (like the 60's albums), and is catalogue number AND 101, it even comes with the original GREEN STICKER on the front.
The album also includes a FOLDED POSTER / BOOKLET, that I have never seen before, this was a PROMO ONLY insert and includes band history + unique PHOTOS, and a fictitious competition !!!

The album came out on ANDALUCIAI RECORDS, catalogue number AND 101.

The condition is: PICTURE SLEEVE is in EX++ condition (small initials on the back), VINYL is M- (played once), PROMO POSTER / BOOKLET ISERT in EX+++ condition !!!

DON'T LET THIS PIECE OF CLASH / PUNK HISTORY / MEMORABILIA GET AWAY as you will never see another and especially not in this condition.
