QUALITY HEAVYWEIGHT VINYL

She was an absolute pleasure it was to listen to, with great sound reproduction but many light marks to the vinyl, certainly NOTHING to make her jump or stick on playback. 

But yes, there is some light and occasional bit of background crackle-mainly evident inbetween tracks....Just reminded me I am listening to a very 1st press of a ground breaking album-as the kids first heard it, back in '68!

Barely any central hole wear, with just very light spindle marks

As usual for the 1st pressings, Richards credit is misspelt as "Richard."

An excellent example.

Using a magnifying glass I noticed some faint initials in the side 1 silver horizontal band-see if you can spot them in the detailed images provided; they really are rather insignificant.

NOW then....The really special thing about this VERY EARLY 1ST pressing, is the absence of the DECCA groove. This groove was faded out by 1968.

INCREDIBLY RARE PATENTS PENDING 1st COVER!

Gatefold white/cream cover with gold bordering. There are only around 3 small lines of spidering to the front and back laminate! With some fingers of spidering emanating from the spine.

Being ultra critical: There is a line of very faint sun bleaching to the spine....Again: See if you can spot it in the images provided.

I also noticed a small set of initials to the inside of the gatefold and there is a small tape repair to the bottom corner at the opening (I am sure this could be removed and re-glued if needed).

It really is a lovely cover-Not having much (if any) fading to the wonderfully vibrant inner picture.

All in all a quality very 1st printing run for this cover...I have not come across many of these at all!

ORIGINAL and correct period Poly-lined DOTTED DECCA inner in SUPERB condition! It really has done it's job in keeping this record in tip-top condition.

Just some light discolouration through age-like me. As well as the title of the album, very neatly written to the border of the back side.
