**wonderful sound reproduction**
1/1 MOTHERS
Fantastic 1969 Beatles UK LP. This was the Beatles' 12th LP, released on the 26th September. It was also the last official Beatles release that was recorded by them. Staying at number one for almost 18 consecutive weeks, it was only knocked off by The Rolling Stones' "Let It Bleed."
Catalogue number: Apple PCS 7088
Matrix Number Side 1: 749-4
Matrix Number Side 2: 750-2U
Mothers/Stampers Side 1: M @ 3 O'clock 1 @ 9 O'clock

WONDERFULLY EARLY MANUFACTURE OF THIS LATER PRESSING
Vinyl:
EX(+).
Lovely vinyl, barely a mark on her-the only few noticable are very faint and whispy!
SOUNDS FANTASTIC.
I found the bass-particularly on Polythene Pam, to be deeper and more fuzzy than other pressings I have heard-would sound great on a sub-woofer!!! ;)
Only noticed a couple of very light and soft pops at the start of side 2...Other than that she was wonderfully clean and clear throughout playback.
SUPERB
Labels:
EX.
Only VERY LIGHT spindle marks-visible when angled towards the light!
There is some blooming to the labels-as can be seen in the images provided.
NO "Sold in the UK..." text.
Outer text begins: "Apple Records all rights.."
"Mfd. in U.K." text. The labels are nice and vibrant.
This is the lighter version of this Apple label.
The last song credit DOES HAVE "Her Majesty" on the Side 2 label.
WOULD FRAME INCREDIBLY WELL!
Cover:
EX-.
The front and back laminated cover of this LP is in LOVELY CONDITION....However, the spine seems to have suffered some light sun bleaching-nothing bad at all as it is just a thin sliver of the spine-please see the detailed images for yourselves.
The alignment of the Apple Logo on the back is inline with the text. The spine is lovely, strong and legible.
There are around 7 small crescents of spidering-that is all, apart from some very small fingers of spidering eminating from the seams.
LOVELY AND GLOSSY.
NO SPLITS
NO WRITING
WOULD LOOK GREAT FRAMED
Inner:
EX.
Original POLY-LINED two windowed inner sleeve "Made in Great Britain."
NO SPLITS
NO WRITING
Just some creasing.
SO FOLKS, THIS COPY OF ABBEY ROAD IS A REALLY EARLY LATER PRESSING WITH GREAT SOUND.
ALL COMPLETE.
WOULD SIT PROUD IN ANY COLLECTION.
WITH SUPERB, DEEP AND RICH AUDIO REPRODUCTION.
