Description

Found in an estate with many 78 RPM in the Jazz genre, big band, bop, and similar styles.  This one was found in a 12" binder.  Blue Note 3, with the blue and white label, and the 10 W. 47th St. NYC address on the label. This is a 1941 Repress; the first pressing was in 1939.  Side B is, Rocking the Blues.  There are a lot of visible deep clean grooves seen but overlain with some light visible scratches or scuffs, not feelable. I will visually grade this as VG+, recognizing this is an 80+ year shellac and I grade these differently than vinyl LPs.  With a similar surface in vinyl (clear grooves seen but overlain with a good deal of light scuffing, etc), I would grade the record as VG.
