This lot contains twelve 10-inch 78 RPM records by Glenn Miller and his Orchestra. All 12 records showed up for the first picture, then they are shown in pairs, both sides, in the following order. Tracks are instrumental unless a vocalist is stated.

Bluebird # B-10290 -- "The Lamp Is Low" and "Blue Evening" (vocal on both sides by Ray Eberle).

Bluebird # B-10358 -- "The Man with the Mandolin" (vocal by Marion Hutton) and "The Little Man Who Wasn't There" (vocal by Tex Benecke).

Bluebird # B-10455 -- "Bless You" and "Speaking of Heaven" (vocal on both sides by Ray Eberle).

Bluebird # B-10612 -- "Tuxedo Junction" and "Danny Boy."

Bluebird # B-10754 -- "Pennsylvania Six-Five Thousand" and "Rug Cutter's Swing."

Bluebird # B-11187 -- "I Guess I'll Have to Dream the Rest" (vocal by Ray Eberle and the Modernaires) and "Take the 'A' Train."

Bluebird # B-11369 -- "Humpty Dumpty Heart" and "This Is No Laughing Matter" (vocal on both sides by Ray Eberle).

Bluebird # B-11397 -- "The White Cliffs of Dover" and "We're the Couple in the Castle" (vocal on both sides by Ray Eberle).

Bluebird # B-11462 -- "The Story of a Starry Night" and "Skylark" (vocal on both sides by Ray Eberle).

Bluebird # B-11493 -- "Shhh, It's a Military Secret" (vocal by Marion Hutton, Tex Benecke and the Modernaires) and "She'll Always Remember" (vocal by Ray Eberle and the Modernaires).

They could all use a good cleaning, but are otherwise in lightly to moderately played condition, most of them still relatively shiny, but with varying degrees of visible surface wear, including some dull patches and some troublesome looking needle gouges. The condition issues worthy of listing separately include isolated forward jumps on "Tuxedo Junction", "Speaking of Heaven", "Skylark" and "The White Cliffs of Dover"; and a particularly rough patch at the end of "The Man with the Mandolin." Otherwise, they all played through without skipping or repeating on my Audio-Technica turntable, and with mostly just light to negligible background noise, but including some scattered pops and clicks and passages of ticking. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well they will play on your equipment. Please also check the pictures for any label damage, including inscriptions and stickers.
