You are bidding on the superb vinyl LP 'THE STAX VOLT TOUR Vol.1' which has been signed by the legends SAM & DAVE

 

Superb LP which also includes performances from Booker T & the MG's and Carla Thomas. 

 

The signatures come with the message 'Good luck' & 'Hold on I'm Coming' along with Sam's signature and Dave's signature.

I obtained this LP from a live auction at an auctioneers so did not obtain the signature's personally and, unfortunately, there is no certificate of authenticity.  I am aware they had a very fractious relationship so I researched the signatures online and am happy they are authentic - from the authenticated signatures I have seen, Sam tended to do a quote / message with his signature and Dave just signed his name. I couldn't say how they were obtained at a time when the guys weren't speaking to each other, I'm afraid :(  If in doubt I would recommend having a good search on Google before bidding but they certainly seem the real deal to me plus the album itself tends to be sold at higher prices than this anyway when unsigned :)  

 

Purchased from a long-standing, reputable auction house who would not want to sully their reputation by selling fakes.
