Notes: This is a real nice sales instructional album from the sales guru himself. It is on Jay Records and comes in the original shrink wrapping.

                                                                           

Record Condition Grading: I consevatively grade the condition of the records, covers, and sleeves visually under a strong light. I use the "Goldmine" standards with a few modifications for grading the conditions. First, I never use the grade MINT because no record or cover is truly and totally mint. If it appears mint I assign the grade of NM. I also use the grade SS for those records that are still factory sealed. And I use the grade EX for those records and covers that are obviously better than VG+ but are not perfect enough to be NM.
