Rare psych: jacket and inner lyric sleeve for the original pressing of 13TH FLOOR ELEVATORS - EASTER EVERYWHERE - IALP #5, International Artists, Houston, Texas (1967). NO VINYL INCLUDED - maybe your jacket is in worse shape than this? But you almost certainly need this rare inner sleeve! Track B5 correctly spelled as "Postures" on back cover. This version was released right after the very first run that had the misspelling. It is still part of the first pressing, but with corrected print on the back. Released in very late 1967. No text or cat number on the spine. (I was stoked when I found this at the local flea market, then disappointed that it contained a really hammered disc of their first album.

Condition: VG (jacket has some stress winkles and moderate to heavy rubbing, several additional wrinkles to back cover; light spine rubbing; heavier rubbing to botten seam and corners; top seam has several inches of paper peeling/chipping but no splitting; inner sleeve has a 3" split to one side seam and fully-split other side seam and 3" split to bottom seam, tanning, and three corner creases, with several very shallow tears along top edge).
