13TH FLOOR ELEVATORS Easter Orig.Psych LP +sleeve HEAR Description
International Artists IALP #5 stereo. Original issue w/ original lyric sleeve (stain (H20?) on top of sleeve 1" bottom split and 3" side split)
Record: somewhere between VG and VG+ (plays with some noise in parts but overall play is good. see sound clips)
Cover: VG (heavy ringwear and stain on left side of cover. small 1/2 tear on bottom corner seam. no splits otherwise)

Strict grading. Near mint is my highest grade. NM, VG++ records should all play fine. VG+ should records should play well with only minimal problems if any. Please contact me if there are any problems and I will do what I can to correct it.
