Release Date: August 1968
ORIGINAL ISSUE: First 1968 press with NO "MASTERPHONICS" in trail off areas.
Matrices: Side 1: IA LP 8 SIDE 1-1A; Side 2: IA LP 8 -1A
Cover: NM - no splits, writing, residue, etc.
Vinyl: NM - Unplayed. I purchased this record sealed many years ago and never played it. One small mark on Side 2, probably from manufacturing, will not affect play.
Labels: NM as new, microscopic imperfections, if any.
Inner Sleeve: NM original plain paper sleeve, no splits, some wrinkling as seen in photo from packing at the factory.
Packing: Disc will be shipped in a new poly sleeve, and outside cover and original inner sleeve. Standard corrugated cardboard record mailer will be used.
International Artists was a small independent record label based in Houston Texas which originally operated from 1965-1970. During that time, the label produced only 12 original LPs, this being #8 in the label's catalogue. This visionary label became known for its cutting edge stable of Texas Sixties psychedelic cult bands including The Bubble Puppy, the Red Crayola, The Golden Dawn, and The Lost and Found, in addition to the Elevators. This LP includes the seminal 60's psych punk standard 'You're Gonna Miss Me,' later appearing on the Nuggets compilation among others.
