Description
Here is my original stereo pressing of Easter Everywhere, by the 13th Floor Elevators. This one has the original lyric sheet sleeve (which I have never stored the record in). I have only played this record once since I've owned it (about 6 years). On that play, I did make a .wav rip of the entire lp. I can send you any track. I can also burn the winner a cd if they desire, at no cost. I'm just a guy who collects rare records, and I hate generic VG, VG+, grades, so I will do my best to give an accurate description of every aspect of the lp.
Front Cover:
Has wear as shown in pic. Decent amount of ringwear. Has "Cathy Falk" written in black pen on top right corner, about 1" x 1.5" big. All corners are sharp. Very thick old cardstock compared to newer records. All seams are pretty much perfect, no signs of splitting. The record has not been stored in cover in a long time, which was probably a good idea.
Back Cover:
Less worn than front cover. Has wear, but not as much ringwear as front. "Cathy Falk" wrote her name in the top right corner again, this time, about 3" x .75". A small .5" x .5" peice is torn from cover sheet.
Lyric Sleeve:
No rips or tears. Thankfully, the record hasn't been stored in here in a longtime either. Slight to heavy yellowing. The area the record covers is only slightly yellowed, corners more yellow. The glue on the right and left seams has yellowed or sonething, and shows through, as shown in the pic. Some corners creased, but in very good shape for being 44 years old or whatever.
Record Side 1:
Label is nearly mint. Light spindle marks near hole. Record has a fair amount of shine, and light marks are visible under intense light. There is a c-shaped scuff across tracks 3,4,and 5. The record plays perfectly over this, but there is noticible popping. The mark is not deep though, it can't be felt with finger, but it is there. I've tried to take the pic in the most unflattering light possible. It does produce light to medium popping at times, but does not bother me. I can send you an mp3 or wav rip and you can hear for yourself. IA 5 side 1 in dead wax.
Record Side 2:
Again, label virtually perfect, except for light spindle marks near hole. Similar light marks under intense light as side 1. There are more noticible straight marks across last 3 tracks. As with the other side, the record plays over these marks, which also cannot be felt with finger, but does produce light to medium popping. I tried to take this pic in most unflattering light so you know it is there. Again, I can send you a rip of any song. IA 5 side 2 in dead wax.
