up for auction today is a 2005 issued 12" Vinyl 'Live Import' LP by the legendary & seminal Psychedelic Rock group The 13th Floor Elevators titled 'Headstone: The Contact Sessions'. The Elevators were the first group  to use the term 'Psychedelic' for their music, and featured the legendary Roky Erickson as lead vocalist. on  this ultra-rare Vinyl, hear the recordings for the Contact Label of the songs eventually used for their first Int'l Artists album 'The Psychedelic Sounds Of'. they are in Mono, and this Vinyl LP version only has the 11tracks, unlike the CD on International artists that has live tracks added on the end. this is a mid-aughts release by the same people that did the 'Demos Everywhere' album that I am also listing today. in original shrinkwrap. Not on Label IA#16-3. Allmusic.com users rates the CD issue at 3.5 stars of 5.

hello! for my latest round of Ebay Auctions, I will be selling some of my collection of Vinyl Album/10"/45rpm 'Extras'. These will mainly consist of discs I am willing clear out, some after owning for Decades. this is no indication of lack of quality of the music. I have quite a bit of this material to sell, in a wide variety of genres.  So if you are interested in Vinyl, keep an eye out for my listings in the next couple of months (currently late October 2025). NOTE - shipping costs will be higher for Vinyl pieces. To ensure safety in shipping, I bought new vinyl shipping boxes, cardboard inserts & paper inner sleeves. 
1 - All opened pieces will be shipped with vinyl separate from cover & inner sleeve (if printed), in a white paper Inner sleeve, and protective clear outer sleeve (as long as I have them) 2 - I will also be placing handmade corner protection pieces in the box.  3 - If you are an experienced buyer, you probably have a habit of cleaning any new record you buy. but this is a reminder, especially on the older pieces. 4 - pay attention to the condition description part of listing: that is where I will state any splits, Cover wear and defects in vinyl.
All pieces are complete, unless stated. NOTE I am a private collector selling off his music, I am NOT a dealer.  I have sold via ebay in the past, and have restarted after retiring in December 2020. My feedback rating is accurate: I am an efficient and reliable seller.
