Description
15x Frank Zappa/Mothers Of Invention Vinyl LP Records. Some are doubles so 19 discs in total.
I have been completely honest in my description of the records - I don’t want anyone to be misled in any way so have been as critical as I can with the descriptions. I tried to photograph any imperfections but it’s pretty much impossible with a camera phone.
I’m starting the auction at roughly £10 per disk which seems reasonable. With regards to delivery, I haven’t used eBay packlink before so the post and packing might have to be adjusted once the auction is over. The records weigh about 7.5kg so with packing we are looking at c.8.5kg. They will be securely packaged.
I don’t want to split the sale i.e. I want to sell all 15 as one lot. However if anyone is interested in individual records and makes a particularly good offer then I might consider it - thank you.

1. Freak Out (double album) - Mother’s of Invention - Verve Select 2683 004 (1966). Pristine condition apart from very minor scratch on record 2 side 2 - slight click detectable for about 15 to 20 seconds of music about 1/3rd of the way in from the start
2. You are what you is (double album) - CBS 88560 (1981). Pristine condition. Includes pull out lyric inner.
3. Roxy & Elsewhere (double album) - Zappa/Mothers - Discreet Records K69201 (1974). Pristine condition apart from slight mark near the end of side 3, however no audible effect discernible.
4. Over-nite Sensation - The Mothers - Discreet Records K41000 (1973). Pristine condition.
5. Sheik Yerbouti (double album) - CBS 88339 (1979). Pristine condition apart from slight mark 2/3 the way through side 4, however no audible effect discernible
6. Apostrophe (‘) - Discreet Records DS 2175 (1974). Pristine condition. Slight rip on seam of inner paper sleeve.
7. Hot Rats - Reprise Records Bizarre RSLP 6356 (1969). Pristine condition.
8. Lumpy Gravy - Verve Select 2317 046 (1968). Good condition apart from a scratch on side 2 - some low level crackle on the quiet parts of the record.
9. Joe’s Garage Acts II & III (double album) - CBS 88475 (1979) - Pristine condition. Small tear on one of the paper inner sleeves. Includes pull out lyric inner.
10. One size fits all (Frank Zappa & The Mothers of Invention) - Discreet Records K59207 (1975) - Pristine condition.
11. 200 Motels (double album) - Liberty label pressed in France & produced by Bizarre Productions UAS 29.218 (1971) - Pristine condition. This pressing did not include a pull out booklet.
12. Burnt Weeny Sandwich (The Mothers of Invention) - Reprise Records Bizarre K44083 (1970) - Pristine condition.
13. Waka/Jawaka . Hot Rats - Reprise Records Bizarre K44203 (1972) - Pristine condition.
14. Joe’s Garage Act I - CBS 86101 (1979) - Pristine condition. Includes pull out lyric inner.
15. The Mothers Fillmore East - June 1971 - Reprise Records K44150 (1971) - Pristine condition apart from slight scratch at the start of track 4 side two, however no audible effect discernible.
