Description

LImited edition of six on the LIFE IS ROUGH label. This is Jack Rose as he should be heard-- on 78 RPM"s. This was lathecut onto an old stock lacquer with a heat stylus, so it sounds real nice. The music is from a live recording done at the True Vine in April of 05. One side is a guitar piece and the other is Jack playing lap steel. THERE ARE ONLY SIX OF THESE. This is #1 of 6. Jack signed each cover, this one says "Just got over the jake, Chatanooga Red". Chatanooga Red is one of the characters in Joe R. Sack (=Jack Rose)'s liner notes to his last record Opium Musik. This may be your only chance.

This release is part of the roofrazor series on LIFE IS ROUGH. Each of these will be extremely limited editions of lathecuts which are being sold to help raise money for a new roof at tarantula hill. So bid high knowing that your money will be put to good use. Right now we also have a 1 of 1 laserdisc covered in drawings lathecut of Mat Brinkman (i.e. mystery brinkman, meerk puffy, forcefield, mindflayer) as another roofrazor piece, be sure to check it out.
