Description
This LP record is one of the 1949 March of Dimes series, created for the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis, Inc. by Columbia Transcriptions, a division of Columbia Records, Inc.

My turntable is the standard size so I could not test this, but the gentleman I'm selling these for still has the large-format turntable that he used when he was a DJ for Armed Forces Radio, and he assures me the record is still in great, playable condition - "mint" is the way he describes it.
According to the label, this disc was to be broadcast "ONLY" between January 14 and 31.

• Excellent condition, minimal, if any, scratches, no distortions/warping.
• The sleeve is in acceptible condition with normal-use edge wear, creases and minor tears.
• A note to "Program Directors and Turntable Operators" is printed on both sides of the sleeve (Image 6).
