A bit of history.....This album was first released on the 4th Dec 1964. Prior to its release there was a huge order of 750,000...which went on to break all records for advance orders of ANY album!!! Of course this meant the album went straight into the number 1 position in the U.K. charts, staying in the charts for 46 weeks!! POPULAR is too small a word for it!

Superb heavy vinyl. The vinyl does have some light marks and scuffs, BUT still retains all is sheen and glory!
After giving her a gentle vacuum clean...
I HAVE JUST LISTENED TO HER ALL THE WAY THROUGH AND WAS INCREDIBLY HAPPY WITH THE AUDIO REPRODUCTION!
The drums are gorgeous at the start of "What You're Doing" :)
Only a very small amount of light and very occasional background noise, with a couple of light pops at the end of I'll Follow The Sun but not bad at all.
NO JUMPS OR SKIPS ON MY FOCUS ONE DECK.
Gorgeously flat
Very well looked after....

 Lovely and clear. There are quite a few light spindle marks visible when angled towards the light. BUT minimal central hole wear.

Outer text "The Parlophone Co." (ONLY 1st Press have this) it DOES have the "Sold in the uk.." text.
Lovely, clear silver text.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET TO SEE THESE DELICATE COVERS IN SUCH LOVELY CONDITION??!!
Mono outline in top right corner. Shiny front and back cover...There is just a few small lines of spidering areas to the two sided laminate.
The spine has had some rubbing and has small splits to the top and bottom of it.
...VERY CRITICAL HERE!!
The corners have some light knocking, with the top right and bottom right having a very small amount of slight water damage to them.
Strong and clean inner flipbacks.
No Writing ANYWHERE
DEEP, RICH COLOURS REMAIN

It is the ORIGINAL "Use Emitex" inner, with the tracing paper lining.
Unfortunately each side has been taped-but that has certainly kept it's integrity as it still holds the vinyl very well.
NO writing
Really has helped by looking after this wonderful slab of vinyl for all these years.

SO, FOLKS....THIS IS A GREAT COPY OF A CLASSIC BEATLES RECORD, IN SUPERB SHAPE AND STILL PROVIDING WONDERFUL AUDIO.
