W-O-W: 171g!
This was the very first official release, being released on the 22nd of March 1963 (MONO version) and later on the 26th of April 1963 (STEREO version). The Lp reached number one in; Disc Weekly, Melody Maker, New Musical Express and The Record Retailer in the UK. Only to be knocked off by their next album With The Beatles.
Amazingly the songs, which were taken from their first two singles and included a further ten songs, were all recorded in one marathon session at Abbey Road Studios. John wasn't feeling too well and got throught the 3 sessions in the one day by having milk, tea and Zubes lozenges....

VG. Nice, heavy vinyl, with light marks to her.
*NO SKIPS OR JUMPS*
I have just finished listening to all of her (LOUD) and found some light background noise along with a superb rich deep bass reproduction. One track 1, side 1 there is a small mark, which creates a revolutionary noise-but nothing terrible.
A gentle professional clean, I am sure will help get rid of the background noise

Labels: VG(+). There's barely any central hole wear as you can see in the pictures. The labels stand out nice and clean, with no writing or rips.
Has the outer indentation to the label.
Rim text starts with "PRESSED IN S.A.UNDER DIRECTIONS OF THE PARLOPHONE Co Ltd"
"NON-BREAKABLE" stated under the printed catalogue number.

Very rare 1st pressing fully laminated front cover, with the 3 flipbacks.
RECORD MANUFACTURED BY E.M.I (SOUTH AFRICA) (PTY) LTD.
There is only some light wear to this cover, with very few spidering areas to the laminate just a few fingers of spidering emanating from the seams..
There is some very slight to the corners and edges, nothing bad at all. The flipbacks remain in solid shape.
STRONG INTACT & LEGIBLE SPINE
RARE and in great, solid shape!
Really quite rare to find this sleeve and even rarer to find it in this super condition.
