A fantastic collection of 19 original OKeh 78 RPM records focusing on the roots of Country music. This lot features some of the most influential artists of the 1930s and 40s.
Highlights Include:
• The Carter Family: Two rare OKeh pressings including I'll Never Forsake You (05843).
• Bob Wills & His Texas Playboys: The legendary San Antonio Rose (04755).
• Roy Acuff: Several early sides including the iconic Wabash Cannon Ball (04466) and Night Train to Memphis (6693).
• Gene Autry: Early singing cowboy classics.
• Western Swing & Polka: Features The Light Crust Doughboys and the Bee Gee Tavern Band.
Condition: Discs range from G to VG+. Most retain good luster with typical surface scuffs for their age. Labels are generally clean with some minor spindle wear.
