Description

I have up for auction a record (78) on the turquoise, white and gold COLUMBIA Big Notes type label from the early 1900s (1911-12). It is #A1126 and on one side Prince's Band with "Alexander's Ragtime Band". Other side by Dolly Connolly (Mrs.Percy Wenrich), Vocal with orchestra and selection is "The Ragtime Mocking Bird"; Irving Berlin songs. The record is in very good plus to excellent condition, hardly any wear and scuffs and scratches are few light and almost all surface variety, none deep. Surfaces still fairly shiny and clean. Very impressive collectible from well over 100 years ago.
