ITEM DESCRIPTION: Very RARE Old Gennett Record
COMMENT: Very nice collectible Gennett Record, 0139, Hurry No. 2. Used in the films from 1920's to 1930's.
CONDITION: Good Condition. Label strong with a few minor scribbles. Record in good condition with some scratches

FEEDBACK : I gladly provide POSTIVE FEEDBACK once our transaction has been completed to your satisfaction and I have received your Positive Feedback. If I have not received your feedback within 2 weeks of the auction close, I move the sale to the "Archive" folder and will go to it to leave you feedback if you leave me feedback after 2 weeks and then contact me asking me for the same.
PAYMENT: I accept Paypal payment and you should pay for your items within 4 days of the Auction close. I use Ebay's system for payment reminder and notification so please, if you don't plan on paying, don't bid.
LISTING / ITEM DESCRIPTION: Please ask questions - I try and describe items as best I can, and add corresponding Photos, but I don't always know what may be important to you.
RETURN POLICY: I accept returns for full refund within 7 days of the auction close date if you receive the item and feel it was not as described. I do require you to contact me first, before returning the item, to discuss however so I have a chance to understand your concerns. The best policy for both of us is for you to ask questions prior to bidding so please don't hesitate to contact me. An item sold "as-is", which I don't often do - only when I don't have the ability to test something or don't know how to work it, is not refundable.
SHIPPING:
COMBINED SHIPPING: I offer Combined Shipping Services where it makes sense. I often list similar type items each week and have many bidders buy more than one item during a single night. In those cases, I will send you an invoice after your first purchase. If I see you have bought a second item, I will not send another Invoice until all items have closed that night. It is not unusual for me to have one Buyer buy 5 or more items in an evening so this saves you and I email time.
SHIPPING TIME: I normally ship within 48 hours of receiving your payment, often same or next day.
DOMESTIC: I no longer offer First Class shipping on Domestic purchases. Unfortunatley, too many of my items have gotten "lost" in the mail that do not have tracking. I normally add $1 - $2 for handling for Priority Shipped items to cover packing materials, lables, my time, etc.. I start 99% of my items, regardless of what I pay for them, at $9.99 so I assume the risk of loss on items I sell and adding a small surcharge to my shipping costs is the only way to cover them. Items that do not fit in a Priority Mail Box will also have an added cost of the box if I need to buy one. I can buy most any box I need for $5 or less. I use either brand new, heavy card board boxes to protect your purchase or similar boxes that have been used but still appear new. I do not ship in weak, damaged boxes. I securely pack and ship items to you the way I would want to have them shipped to me.
INTERNATIONAL: I am very happy to have International Bidders and do ship many of my items Internationally. I offer First Class Shipping where the weight is less than four pounds to help keep your shipping costs down and Priority Mail on all items regardless of weight. I add $2.00 for International Buyers orders. Neither of these options, however, has Tracking or Confirmation so I can not be held liable should you choose these options and your item does not get either through customs or delivered to you. If you want Tracking, you can ask for "International Registered" Mail. If you want Express Mail, ask me after you have recieved your invoice and I will re-send it with that Postage Option. The extra fee for this Service by the US Post Office is @ $10.00 USD and may vary depending on package size and weight. This is a more expensive option so please investigate the cost to your country prior to bidding. My Packing and Handling fee for International Shipping is the same as Domestic.
