Another of the aspects of being a collector that I enjoyed were the original paper sleeves of old records.  The ornate early 78s, and then the colorful inner sleeves with all the photos of LPs.  With the old 78 sleeves, the artwork and lettering are art deco treasures...examples of typesetting and fonts and designs that are still beautiful, and excellent examples of graphic design and advertising art.
These three sleeves date from the 1920s.  Gennett  was a Jazz record company based in Richmond, Indiana.  The record label was a division of the Starr Piano Company.  They issued some of the earliest records by the early jazz stars:  Bix Beiderbecke, Louis Armstrong, Hoagy Carmichael, Jelly Roll Morton, and many others. They also issued "hillbilly" and "old time" records, as well as what has to be one of the first "exercise" record series.
These are of a heavy manila-like paper.  On one side is the company name across the top, and a photo at the bottom of three young ladies who appear to be doing The Charleston.  On the other side each of the three sleeves has a different set of two lists of records.
The first one references discs 4933, 4898, 10065, 4935, 4899 on the left hand side and discs 4936, 4934, 4937, 4946 and 4938 on the right hand side.  Looking up some of these puts the date on this one as early as 1922.
The second one lists discs 5296, 5294, 5291, 5290, and 5288 on the left, and 5299, 5297, 5293, 5287 and 5295 on the right.  The numbers here place this one at 1923.
The third cover features discs 4931, 4930, 4896, 10064, and 4925 on the left, and 4929, 4922, 4921, 4928, and 4923 on the right.  The numbers date this sleeve as being from late 1922.

These will ship well padded in a full-size LP mailer via USPS First Class.  They will arrive intact.
