- I STRIVE TO BOX RECORDS FOR THE HIGHEST SURVIVAL RATE. If you suspect that a record has been damaged in transit, Accept It but Do Not Open It on your own! In order for the INSURANCE to work, notify me directly, and take the Sealed Package to the Post Office and open it in front of a Postal Clerk as a Witness! If needed, get the name of that Postal Clerk and you’ll be instructed about making an insurance claim.
- A SIGNATURE. The Post Office will leave your package at the address you’ve provided. They nor I will be liable for theft from the address you’ve supplied after they have marked as delivered. The SIGNATURE, no matter how illegible, is assurance that it has been given to a resident within the supplied address, or a coworker, or a hired service business handling your mail.
- IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to retrieve an undelivered package from the Post Office after an unsuccessful delivery was attempted. Delivery attempts are documented with the Postal Tracking Number link I provide.
- PAYMENT PAYPAL ONLY and DUE within 24 HOURS of auction’s end.
- $6 for Tracked USPS INSURED MEDIA MAIL with a SIGNATURE required from anyone at the provided address. (First Record or First “Lot” of Records)
- Multiple auction wins are combined, adding $1 for EACH ADDITIONAL AUCTION Won. ( Additional “Lots” are $1 for the lot)
- Media Mail is slow and cheap and is all I offer. I PACK and SHIP ONCE WEEKLY.

On the lighter side. I’m really not such a hard-ass. I am just covering it. I love 78 rpm records and an happy to be able to offer these great used records. I take the time to clean each record and I listen to each one using vintage acoustic equipment. I conservatively grade them using the standards, noted below.
Record Grading for 78 RPM Records. E+ Plays like new, with very, very few signs of handling, such as tiny scuffs. E Still very shiny, near new looking, but a few inaudible scuffs and scratches. E- Still shiny but without the shine of a new record, few light audible scratches. V+ An average condition 78 with scuffs and scratches from general use. May have a dulled finish. Wear is moderate but playing is generally free from distortion. Surface noise not overly pronounced. V Moderate, even wear throughout, but still very playable. Surface noise and scratches audible but not intrusive. V- Quite playable still, but may now have some distortion and heavy greying in loud passages. Music remains loud in most passages. Surface noise and scratches well below music level. G+ Grey throughout but still serviceable. Music begins to sound muffled. Heavy scratches. G Quite seriously worn and scratched, but music level is still higher than surface noise. G- Music still prominent, but wear and scratch damage extensive.
