Description

This is a genuine, antique Bell Records 78 rmp record in a period paper sleeve.  The vintage recording from 1926 by Bell Records, a division of the Standard Music Roll Company of Orange, NJ,  features the Pennsylvania Syncopators performing "Trudy" on side A and  "Pretty Cinderella" on side b.  The  music is described as Roaring '20s Fox Trot.  The 10" 78 is shellac, Bell #437, in an early Bell paper sleeve (Note mild wear on sleeve).  I inherited this gramophone record more than 35 years ago from the original owner.  It was never played by my family so I don't have any idea if or how well the record might play now.  It seems to be in good shape for its age although it does need cleaning.  As we inherited many shellac records from the same individual, I don't know if the sleeves were ever switched with another record.   The record is sold as is.
Bell Records (1920) was a division of the Standard Music Roll Company, a piano company, that was in business between 1920 and1928. 

This would make a neat framed gift for someone who loves the the Roaring '20s and Big Band era music.
