Description

Van & Schenck "Everything Will Be Alright" from Metro Goldwyn Mayer MGM

Disc is 16 inches in diameter and made of heavy shellac

This is most likely the soundtrack portion from an MGM Movietone Short, similar to the Vitaphone discs / shorts

Etched around the label of the disc is: 

"Van and Schenck" - "Everything Is Going To Be Allright" 368-2 820 ft. A-132 (scene -1) 3/4/29

Songs include "Everything Will Be Alright", "I Ain't Got Nothing Now", "St. Louis Blues".  Songs are vocals with piano accompaniment

I could not find any reference to an existing copy of this soundtrack / film

Disc is in Good to Very Good condition with Very Good sound.  There are some cracks beginning to form on the edge of the disc (please see the photos), there is no material lost and these do not effect play, and should not progress as long as the disc is stored correctly.  There is no swelling of the disc from moisture that is common in these heavy shellac discs
