Offered here is an interesting 78 rpm Melotone label record from 1935 featuring 2 popular Popeye the Sailor Man songs from early in the Popeye phenomenon performed by Billy Costello who was the voice of Popeye in the earliest cartoons.

This isn't a "kiddie record", it is a mainstream label apparently aimed at an adult audience. I don't know how many of these were sold, but I don't recall ever seeing one before.

The record is in Very Good condition with the number 13 scratched into the labels on both sides. See pictures to better determine condition. Listen to samples of the recordings from this record:
