Description
Exactly 70 year old radio program on a 16" transcription record--from 1936---PORTS OF CALL syndicated travel program -with this particular episode on TURKEY and PANAMA. This is a different episode from the last one we sold on eBay.
There are 2 BLUE WAX records with 2 entire programs--with some opening music and mostly spoken word. Plays at 33 1/3" and starts at the inside of grooves. Each side is about 15 min. TURKEY Pts 1 & 2, PANAMA Parts 1 & 2-----4 sides total.
Comes in original FLEXITE COLUMBIA sleeve. Recorded by RADIO RECORDERS INC. Directions for play are printed on the sleeve. One of the records has a plain sleeve. They have some edge tears.
We have played this in spots and it is in FINE condition, near Mint--with almost no wear. Probably was only played once for the broadcast. Will be shipped carefully packed for fragile items.
PIC is of another we had on recently. This is the similar in appearance and condition to what is seen in pic.

TERMS: Buyer agrees to pay US or foreign shipping as noted. Additional similar purchased items ship for free. NY residents please add 8.75% sales tax or supply a valid NYS tax number. Most items are mailed out in 2-5 days of receiving payment. We accept Paypal and we do not refuse the 'old-fashioned' types of payment.
FEEDBACK: We strive to achieve and always appreciate a full 5-STAR feedback rating from buyers. Feel free to contact us should you feel we fall short. Regarding shipping time, we usually make two trips to the Post Office a week. Therefore most items are mailed out in 2-5 days of receiving payment due to processing steps. Kindly do not penalize the shipping time rating due to this. Media shipping for appropriate items is a money saver for buyers, but takes noticeably longer to deliver. FYI - A 4-Star rating actually hurts our standing enough to eliminate the eBay seller discount we strive to maintain. We DO appreciate your business.
