Rare 6 78 RPM record set of "The Belgian Congo Records Primitive African Music" released in 1937 by General Records, 1600 Broadway, New York, NY. Included is the 16 page illustrated information booklet written by George Herzog of Columbia University. These 6 records were recorded by the Denis-Roosevelt Expedition. The records are in very good to excellent condition and play well for 80 year old records. The set includes: 1. Choral Songs of the Manbetu 2. Choral Songs of the Babira 3.
