"MANHATTAN SERENADERS" RADIO TRANSCRIPTION DISC.  ONE COMPLETE 10 MINUTE RADIO BROADCAST ON THIS 16 INCH, ONE SIDED, BLACK LAQUER ACETATE, 33 1/3 RPM DISC.   VERY RARE! 

The Manhattan Serenaders are Introduced as "Those Merry Melodeers From Old Gotham Town With A Bright Revue Of Knickerbocker Dance Hits Of The Season"

I had to do a little digging to find information on "The Manhattan Serenaders", the only reference I could was in The Discography of American Historical Recordings where this name was used for Ben Selvin & His Hotel Roosevelt Orchestra.  It definitely sounds like a fine orchestra!

Songs include "You Look Good To Me", "That's How Dreams Should End", "I Must See Annie Tonight", "I Get Along Without You Very Well".   The last song is cut off by the closing announcement.   The announcer is Niles Welch

Program was originally broadcast over CBS station WABC, New York City
