Description

This is a 12" 78rpm record set that was created by Burgess Meredith for the Motion Picture Relief Fund Inc. The front states that it is compliments of the Gulf Oil Companies and it is a 5 record set of The Screen Guild Show of A Star Is Born starring Loretta Young and Burgess Meredith from November 17th 1940. Three of the records are the 1 thru 6 parts of the Star Is Born production and the other 2 records look to be private Burgess Meredith acetates from 1935 & 1937. The 3 Star Is Born records show very little play and still have a nice shine. The other 2 Burgess Meredith records do show light scratches and scuffs. The album cover has some staining and small tears on the material. I have collected records for over 25 years and have a number of other 78s listed, and am happy to combine shipping. All 78s are shipped in deeper type boxes and packed well. Buyer pays 7.00 for shipping.
