Description
For sale by original owner, purchased in Texas in 1955 while attending USAF flight training. It has been tucked away & not played since 1956. This 45 rpm record is an original Memphis, Tennessee pressing, made in 1954. It appears to be in good condition, normal signs of wear, no deep scratches. Non-professional grading would be "good"to "very good". The label on "I DON'T CARE IF THE SUN DON'T SHINE" side and owners name written in ink. "GOOD ROCKIN TONIGHT" side label has a light stain, otherwise just normal signs of wear. There are push marks on both sides. The dead wax etching on "I Don't Care" side is U-130-45-72 - 1122, the dead wax etching on "Good Rockin" side is U-131-45-72 1123. The SUN label lists "I Don't Care If The Sun Don't Shine", (Mack David), ELVIS PRESLEY, Scotty & Bill, 210. The "Good Rockin Tonight" (Roy Brown), ELVIS PRESLEY, Scotty & Bill, 210.
