Description

NU-TONES & JOHNNY "DRAGNET" HILL

1955 7" 45 On Hollywood Star Records #H-798

Johnny Dragnet Hill sings Your No Barkin' Dog in a classic black blues sound.  Notice the word "your" is misspelled in the title.  The record guides I have consulted list the title as "You're" which is correct.  This is probably an even more rare record which got out before the error was spotted and corrected.

Nu-Tones sing "Believe" in a classic Doo-Wop sound.

As you can see from the photo, the labels are in nice condition with a some  stain,  and light fading and wear.

The vinyl has numerous scuffs & scratches.  It plays well with no skips or hangups but has considerable surface noise throughout.

The Barkin Dog side plays better.  It starts off lots of surface noise and gradually decreases somewhat on into the record.

I would grade record a G+ --- Visually it is VG-
