Description
Here is a G+ copy of Elvis Presley "Baby Let's Play House" on Sun 217. This was Elvis's first hit on the country charts nationwide in 1955. Of course it is also sought after by collectors who are either after Elvis on Sun or completing the whole Sun series. It comes with the original brown sleeve since Sun didn't have the Sun company name yet. In 1956 the Sun company sleeve was made in the success of "Blue Suede Shoes". There is a repro of the company sleeve included. There are push marks on the records and the grooves as you can see on the trail off goes to 4 lines indicating and original. The dead wax numbers read u-143x-45-2 72 and u-142-45 72. There are scuffs and scratches but none deep to take away from the audio. There is also still a gloss on the wax and some tears on the label and some sticker blemishes. Beware of fake push marks out there. When the 45 was pressed from the mother plates it had three holes in shape of a triangle that pushed through Not burned into.
