Up for auction is the classic "In The Wee Small Hours" by Frank Sinatra released in 1955 on Capital Records #W 581. This is the mono version W1/W2 in the deadwax on the original rainbow Capital label and not a later repress. Visually graded using Goldmine standards, the vinyl is near mint with incredible shine and looks barely played if ever. The jacket is also near mint with just a hint of wear on the back cover and no splits or issues. Comes with the original factory inner sleeve. This is a real beauty in stunning condition. Top Copy! In the Wee Small Hours is the ninth studio album by American vocalist Frank Sinatra. It was released in April 1955 by Capitol and produced by Voyle Gilmore with arrangements by Nelson Riddle. All the songs on the album deal with themes such as loneliness, introspection, lost love, failed relationships, depression and night life. In the Wee Small Hours has been called one of the first concept albums. The cover artwork reflects these themes, portraying Sinatra on an eerie and deserted street awash in blue-tinged street lights.
