Description
Here is a SUPER RARE PROMO album from my collection offered up for sale: An original 1955 guitar blues album featuring the legendary guitar innovator Charlie Christian with the Benny Goodman Sextet /Orchestra, cool early jazz / electric blues guitar trailblazing! Released on Columbia records CL-652 MONO, has SIX EYE Columbia labels and DEMONSTRATION stamp on the rear cover. A great playing well cared for 63 year old record!
The vinyl rates easy VG+, is clean and glossy, some light marks, nothing heavy! This record has been play tested. Plays from start to finish with very good audio quality, a few light background pops, no skips or jumps!
The cover rates VG+, minimal ring wear, no signatures or writing, top seam neatly repaired with clear tape, binder center is worn and text is partially readable, front has small price tag blemish. Still has Columbia inner sleeve! (see all photos)
Will be shipped in a plastic sleeve in a record mailing box with tracking. Vinyl will shipped in the sleeve outside the cover to prevent splits.
