Description
This is an Original 1956 1957 "CARROLL SHELBY, The Career of a Great American Racing Driver" Riverside Records 12" LP Record Album # RLP 5006. This vintage Microgroove extra long play vinyl record consists entirely of an interview with Carroll about his racing career up to that time (December 1956). Of course there's much Ferrari history.
The interview was conducted by Bill Grauer and Barrett Clark in Nassau, Bahamas at the time of the Nassau Grand Prix in a relaxed, quiet setting. You'll feel like Carroll is talking to you! This record should be of great interest to Ford fans as well, as it gives unique insight into the skillful driver that would soon tie in with AC and Ford to produce the iconic Cobras and Shelby Mustangs.
Condition if the record is excellent with only some extremely light scratches & one little scuff that shouldn't cause any skips. The labels & jacket are excellent with just a bit of surface damage on the back from under a price sticker. The white paper sleeve is included.
