This Is Ray Charles' Debut lp, with the Rarer first Cover before being retitled "Hallelujah I lover Her So"

Ray Charles was the musician most responsible for developing soul music. Singers like Sam Cooke and Jackie Wilson also did a great deal to pioneer the form, but Charles did even more to devise a new form of black pop by merging '50s R&B with gospel-powered vocals, adding plenty of flavor from contemporary jazz, blues, and (in the '60s) country. Then there is his singing; his style is among the most emotional and easily identifiable of any 20th-century performer, up there with the likes of Elvis and Billie Holiday. He's also a superb keyboard player, arranger, and bandleader

With new post office rates 1-5 LPS has gone up but atleast USPS is now allowing the Priority Flate Rate boxes
to be used international. You are allowed up to 20 pounds and i was just able to fit 15 LPS in one. And this was of course after i boxed the 15 LPS in a professional record mailer before putting in USPS's Priority box so no worry about protection. For those outside the USA that like to buy multiple records to save on shipping this flate rate international box will help.
