Item is in overall Fine condition. From the Betty Siegfried Collection. The "Betty", of course, was Johnny's personal assistant from 1961 to 1964.

THIS ITEM LOOKS IN VG+/VG++ CONDITION. NEVER USED !!! shows only slightly age /storage wear.  NO SEAMS PROBLEMS HERE !!!

On the verso reads: not for sale...et...  (it's a rare file copy, from betty's office)
