Made in Australia by EMI (Australia) P/L,  and published by D.Davis & Co., Ltd., Melbourne

I'm unfamiliar with record grading. Condition is at least Very Good+. Surfaces still shiny, minimal signs of use, no marks or scratches on A-side, insignificant small scratch to B-side. Cleaning left for buyer, so some obvious finger marks.

Plain sleeve in very good condition.
