This is a great mono 1958 VINYL record by Thelonious Monk. "Brilliant Corners" (RLP-12-226) is rare and hard to find in great shape like this record. The original pressing came out in 1957 on a white label, but this second pressing from the next year 1958 has a blue label with reel and microphone logo. The vinyl is in MINT- condition including the labels which have deep grooves on both sides. The cover looks like VG+ from the front and back, but not on the top and bottom edges which have issues. The bottom right edge and bottom left corner have wear. There is some slight wear on the left spine. The top right edge has a one inch seam split. I am looking at the cover again and it really looks great when you don't check edges closely. I ship fast and TAKE GREAT CARE TO PACK GOOD AND SAFE in a new album mailer. The only way to get delivery confirmation outside the U.S.A. is to ship express mail international. This is expensive, but i have been taken advantage of in the past and i have to protect myself.
