Experience the iconic album "Sketches of Spain" by Miles Davis, pressed in a 6 Eye Columbia Stereo 1st Pressing edition from 1960. This version is the Matrix / Runout (Var. 2-Runout A): XSM49958-1D. As well, the cover and 6 eye label details are consistent with the first run version of this record.
This LP features the legendary trumpeter's work with conductor Gil Evans, showcasing their unique approach to modal jazz. The vinyl has been playgraded and cleaned, with a new 3mil dust cover and anti-static inner sleeve added for preservation.
The cardboard sleeve original cover is included, with the Sleeve Grading at Good Plus (G+) due to top and bottom splits at the mouth of the sleeve, but is otherwise in VG condition. The Inlay is beautiful at Very Good Plus (VG+) or maybe even EX condition. This record is perfect for jazz enthusiasts and collectors, with features that include the Composer and Producer Gil Evans, the era of 1960s, and the genre of Jazz.
