Scarce early German stereo pressing featuring the highly desirable original red STEREO sticker.
This historic recording presents Pierre Fournier and Friedrich Gulda in Beethoven’s late Cello Sonata in D major, Op. 102 No. 2, together with the twelve variations on a theme from Handel’s Judas Maccabaeus and the twelve variations on “Ein Mädchen oder Weibchen” from Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte.
A particularly attractive early Deutsche Grammophon collector’s edition from the first period of German stereo production.
Vinyl: Strong VG++ to Near Mint
Exceptionally clean, beautiful and deeply glossy vinyl. Only very light superficial traces are visible, placing the record firmly in strong VG++ condition and visually very close to Near Mint.
A remarkably fresh and attractive early pressing.

Excellent, clean original cover with only light wear to the corners and edges. The front remains highly attractive, with strong colours and a well-preserved overall appearance.
