Description

This auction is for the FIRST RELEASE of the Tamla Special #1 Tamla Records number 224.  After it's initial release it was quickly retitled on the cover as the Tamla/Motown Special #1, which when this LP shows up, it's usually with the 2nd issue title, not usually the 1st title that is in this auction.  The cover is in a nice Strong VG++ with all seams intact AND there is NO bb hole in the cover as many of them have.  The cover would have been graded higher but there are just some tiny spots here and there in the black area of the cover graphics which you can view in the picture attached.  In the picture it gives the impression that the left side of the cover is slightly yellowed, BUT this is from where the digital camera flash bounced off the cover graphics.  The background of the cover is uniform and white.  The record is in M- condition and the labels are clean and show great.  Shipping in the U.S. is $5.25.  If you would like Ins I will check the rates at the P.O. which go according to your Zip Code.
