From what I have read this souvenir record was given out to customers in the early 1960's at the Cal-Neva Lodge, Crystal Bay, Lake Tahoe, Nevada where Frank Sinatra performed. This record CN-101 was released in 1962. 

I was fortunate to have two copies of this rare recording the other one has already sold on ebay...

this is the last copy I have...bid now!

The visual condition of the record in my opinion is very good to very good+, showing a few very light scuffs.


The sleeve is in very good condition, showing some handling, 2 silverfish spots and 1/8" straight tear at bottom. See last 2 close-up pictures. 

 

This is a  7" 45 RPM Vinyl Record.
